1. Qualification
Drivers must complete a background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) check and required training before being assigned to routes.
2. Documents
Drivers must maintain current documents — including insurance, license and any required training certificates — and keep expiration dates up to date in the driver portal.
3. SOP acknowledgement
Drivers must acknowledge and follow the Standard Operating Procedures relevant to their assigned route types, including chain-of-custody and proof-of-delivery.
4. Medical routes
Only trained and authorized drivers may handle medical specimens and materials, following HIPAA-aligned and medical-handling procedures.
5. Vehicle inspections
Drivers must complete required vehicle inspections and report defects before dispatch.
6. Conduct & reporting
Drivers must report incidents and any suspected privacy or security breach promptly through the driver portal.
