How we operate

A clean, predictable 4-step workflow.

Whether you book one delivery a month or a hundred a day, the process never changes — because predictability is what makes logistics work.

Request a pickup

Call, text or submit the online form. Dispatch confirms your request as quickly as possible.

We dispatch a driver

Nearest qualified driver is routed to your pickup location with full instructions.

Live tracking

You receive a tracking link. Watch the package move in real time.

Proof of delivery

Signature, photo and timestamp delivered to your inbox the moment we drop.

How pricing works

Quoted before the driver is dispatched.

Every delivery is quoted individually. Pricing depends on distance, size, weight, service level and time of day. Dispatch will confirm the price by phone or in writing before any driver moves.

Standard same-day

Routine same-day delivery within the Capital Region — typical business documents, small parcels and local pickups.

Rush / on-demand

Direct point-to-point service when timing matters. Availability depending on driver location at the time of booking.

Scheduled / contract

Recurring daily or weekly routes for businesses. Custom pricing based on volume, distance and schedule.

All pricing is confirmed by dispatch before any driver is moved. Call (518) 954-4701 for an exact quote.
